On that day, the owner Juan came to the hotel personally early in the morning with our guide Justino
The transportation car was very nice, on the way we stopped for a nice breakfast and got to the rainbow mountain, altitude at the base was approximately 15,000 feet, went to the top, approximately 16,522 feet. My guide Justino was with me the entire trip , in fact, he carried an extra puffy jacket and oxygen for me in case I needed them.
After completing the trip, came down, for a delicious lunch
I cannot say, enough good things about Juan and Justino, extremely professional, knowledgeable, with patience, passion and enthusiasm
Going to the Rainbow mountain , was the highlight of my trip, I liked it at more than Machu Picchu as it was more challenging and surreal with beautiful colors of the mountain

Inolvidable viaje a Cusco  - Fui a Cusco la última semana del año 2025, un viaje programado de un momento a otro, exactamente escasos días antes del viaje. Me puse en contacto con Yovanna de... read more la Agencia Amaru Journey Peru; quien rápidamente me diseño el programa de visitas a diversos lugares en Cusco teniendo en cuenta el tiempo de mi estadía (13 días) que además incluso el traslado del aeropuerto al lugar de mi alojamiento y lo mismo al retorno. He conocido muchos lugares hermosos, y a pesar de viajar sola, los guías siempre se mostraron muy cercanos y atentos a apoyarme con la toma de fotos. Muy detalladas las explicaciones y en todo momento a nuestro lado hasta la cima de cada lugar que visité.
Recomiendo mucho a esta agencia y en especial a Yovanna quien siempre estuvo pendiente de darme la informacion hasta el mínimo detalle de cada una de las visitas que tenía programadas. Llegar a Machu Picchu fue increíble y maravilloso; todo estuvo bien coordinado: el trayecto en bus de Cusco a Ollantaytambo, el tren de Ollantaytambo a Machu Picchu pueblo, el hotel donde me aloje pata salir temprano al día siguiente en bus a Machu Picchu.
Todo fue muy puntual y se cumplió todo el programa sin problemas. Yovanna me proporciono información de lugares que podía conocer en mis horas libres: Iglesias, Museos, el Centro Qosqo de Arte Nativo, etc.
